ABOUT NBTAA

The Northern Botswana Travel Agents Asssociation aims to promote professional service in the Botswana travel industry for both members and their clients. The association’s focus is to ensure the sustainability and profitability of our members as well as the delivery of a professional service to the travelling consumer service to the travelling consumer.

We are Internet-based, non-profit and we strive to offer excellent Botswana customer service.

NBTAA's policies are grounded in the determination that Travel agencies registered with Botswana Tourism must, and can, remain a viable component of the Botswana travel industry sales channel, regardless of the competitive pressures.

Travelers depend on Botswana travel agencies to guide them honestly and competently.  All NBTAA members pledge to conduct their business activities in a manner that promotes the ideal of integrity in travel and agree to act in accordance with the applicable sections of the following Principles of the NBTAA Code of Ethics.  Complaints arising under this Code should be filed with the NBTAA .
